How can I get a higher matching score for my application or how does the ranking work?

The matching score is based on two criteria: job requirements and career interests. If your career interests, skills, and experience match the requirements specified by the employer for the job, you get a higher matching score. For example, if you’re a software developer with 10 years of experience and a minimum salary of 10,000 EGP and you apply for the position of a software engineer where the employer specifies that they need someone with 10+ years of industry experience and they’re willing to offer 15,000 EGP, you’ll have a pretty high Matching Score.
