Candidates can view all actions done by the employer through their own job seeker profile. Each Action taken by the employee is reflected as below
If an employer viewed their profile, It will reflect ‘“View New Action Status”
IF moved from either the 3 hiring stages, It will reflect “ In Consideration”
If moved to disqualified, It will reflect as “disqualified”. It’s highly advisable to give a reason for the rejection to give you candidates constructive feedback.
If candidates are either unlocked or contacts were accessed, It will reflect on their profile “ contact Accessed”
If they were moved in any of the funnel stages, however the funnel stages customized names will not be visible to them as they will only get either they’re “In consideration, Rejected or hired”; any stage -no matter what its name except for Hired and rejected- will reflect as In consideration
