Having a public profile allows you to share your profile on social media, which gives you more exposure to potential employers, especially if they are not on WUZZUF
To make your profile public, follow these steps:
Navigate to Profile and click on view profile
On the top right corner, you can customize the URL of your public profile; just make sure you add your name without spaces and check name availability. If a red cross appears, try a different name until the green checkmark appears.
Tick Make my Profile Public.
You can also add a tagline that describes you and choose a message that persuades people to share your profile.
You can always hide your profile at any time Tick Make your profile public if you don’t want your profile to show up when companies search for candidates on WUZZUF. You will still be able to apply for jobs and only then will companies see your profile. However, we don’t recommend you do this if you’re looking for a job right now because it decreases the chances of employers finding you.
