Once you apply for a Job on WUZZUF, your profile along with the answers to questions added by the employer will be sent to the employers themselves to view.
Applications are added to employers in a form of a mail-inbox for them to view and take actions on your profile.
Actions can be
Viewed means the employer has viewed your profile but hasn’t taken any action on your application yet.
In Consideration means the employer is considering you for the job.
Contact Accessed means the employer has accessed your contact information and uploaded your CV.
Disqualified means the employer unfortunately doesn’t think you’re the right candidate for the job.
To increase your chances of being considered by employers, we strongly recommend you do the following:
Read the job post carefully to make sure your skills and experience match the job requirements.
Complete your profile beyond 70%.
Update the skills, experience, and job preferences in your profile regularly.
Apply for jobs that are relevant to your skills, experience, and job preferences.
Answer the employer’s screening questions really well.
By the way, if the status of your application remains at Viewed > No action for a long period of time, it’s better to move on and start applying for other jobs that interest you.
