Student: Someone with no experience and still an undergraduate
Entry Level: Graduate with no or minimal experience, from (0-3) years of experience
Experienced Non-Manager: Graduate with good working experience in a specific field and in a non-managerial position. Typically someone with 3-8 years of experience.
Manager: Candidate who possess leadership/management skills, typically someone with at least 5 years of experience depending on your company size
Senior Management: Senior level candidate like CEO, CFO, General Manager, Sales Director, ..etc.
